Overview
There are 3 Types of enrollments to process.
Type 1: Enrollments
Status: Approved
- Check for any comments that need to be addressed or sent to the Site
- Select All
- Dismiss
This activity has been approved at the time of enrollment and no action is needed unless comments have been added
Type 2: Enrollments
Status: Pending
Details: WAIT
- Select All
- Approve
This Waitlist requests need to be approved to be added.
The More You Know
When a family requests to waitlist a class they are autosent an email notifying them know this request is pending approval.
Once approved on OA the family will receive an email confirmation.
Type 3: Enrollments
Status: Pending
Details: ACTIVE

The email template addresses the balance due and how to pay. If more information is needed, the addendum feature is available. Remember to turn your text green to highlight the personalized information you are providing.
The More You Know
This activity occurs when there is a past-due balance on the account and an attempt to enroll in a new class. The Portal will not automatically collect the past-due tuition and only allow a request to enroll in the selected class.
