Add Payment Method

  • Under Student has the Payments Section, including Stored Payment Information.
    This is where the customer can view payment methods on file or add payment methods.

  • HFSS required one card to be authorized for recurring billing. 

  • The customer must agree to the Terms & Conditions for authorizing recurring payment prior to adding a card on file. The parent can view this agreement from their Portal, and staff can view it
    from their Family Account.

  • The app will redirect to gather payment information and store card information

  • Up to three cards can be saved on file, and one card is set as Primary to run first
    for every transaction.

  • Any payment methods authorized for recurring billing will be indicated
    with the circle checkmark icon.
    Note: Currently, only the primary card for recurring payments will run on the direct debit.

  • You will notice the Primary method does not have an option to delete (trash can icon).
    This is because HFSS requires a Primary card on file.
  • Clicking the edit (pencil icon) will allow you to manage cards

  • From here you can set the selected card to be the Primary method or remove
    authorization for recurring billing

  • We have removed Visa 1624 from recurring billing, but the card is still available for easy use.
    This is a great option for customers who need to make split payments before the Direct Debit.
