Enrollments: Transfer & Drop Requests

Transfer Enrollment

  • Account
  • Select Student

  • Enrollments

  • Filter

  • Select Filters & go back

  • Locate the desired class to move to

  • Select transfer date 

  • Select a date within the next 2-lessons or 14 days
    Note: iCP does not allow us to limit how far out the customer can select to request their transfer. Transfers outside the 2-lesson window will be denied.

  • Submit

  • A banner indicating the transfer request has been sent will appear at the top.
    Note: This class cannot be requested to transfer again while the current request is pending.

  • Once the request is processed by The Support Team a confirmation email will be sent.

Drop Enollment

  • Account
  • Select Student

  • Enrollments

  • Select Drop Date

  • Select desired last day

  • Select Reason

  • Select reason from options provided

  • Notes is optional
  • Select Yes, please drop!

  • Once the request is sent a banner will show at the top

  • Once processed by the Support Team
    they will receive an email with their drop details

  • The drop date will now be reflected in
    their Portal
