Overview

This feature is used most often when transferring multiple students to a new class.

Step 1

Classes > Group Transfer Filter > Select new class to move to

Step 2

Select Students to transfer

Step 3

Remember: Some critical thinking maybe needed to select the start/ active date for the transfer.

iCP makes the end date to the previous class the day before the start date. This means the swimmer's start date is Sunday 9/18 and the end date to their previous class (no matter the day the class is held) is Saturday 9/17. The swimmer will appear active in their current class until midnight Tuesday 9/17.

Then Finish. Correct Ledger to reflect transfer.
