Overview

Single Day Enrollments are offered to currently enrolled swimmers with a one-time class fee. Single Day Enrollments can be booked within 6 days for current Little Snapper, Clownfish, Group and Hammerhead levels. Single Days are not eligible for rescheduling or makeups. Single Day enrollments need to be enrolled by Staff as this option is not available on the Portal.

Single Days are a full tuition rate (no discount).

Enroll

From Enrollment Type select Single Day. The dates will autofill for one day.

Complete Enrollment and then Create Charge.

Create the charge noting in the Line Item Title "Single Day xx/xx".

Process Payment.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE

Scenario 1: The Short-Term Visiting Family

For this scenario, we offer Single Day enrollments with a few guidelines to be explained to the family prior to enrollment. 

1. We can book their first Single Day class within the next 6 days. If they are wanting to enroll beyond this date, they need to contact us back.
2. We require a minimum of 4 lessons within 14 days.
3. Once booked that is their class. We cannot refund, reschedule or provide makeups for missed lessons. Discounts do not apply.
4. We have found 4 days in two weeks allows for a day or two of acclimation for the child and assessing by our team. From there, we progress by challenging the swimmer in a variety of skills depending on their level. Set the expectation... if this is a new little swimmer we don't typically get submerged until the 3rd lesson! 4 lessons is only 2 hours of practice! Essentially we are providing a months worth of lessons in a two week period.

Note to Staff:

1. We require a minimum of 4 lessons to be booked within 14 days. All 4 bookings are to be scheduled at once to qualify for this exception. 
2. Single Day classes are full price per class - no discount.
3. Send a Shift Alert communication to sites this will effect.

Scenario 2: We are moving and have ended lessons, but I think we may be around another couple weeks.

In this scenario, we are basically extending their end date. They have been enrolled in lessons and committed to the program, they just don't know an exact departure date. We are happy to add a family note that they are eligible to book a Single Day enrollments for the next 2 weeks after their final class. Discounts do not apply.

Additional grey area may be approved by a Site Supervisor or Support staff on a case-by-case basis. With these unique cases, detailed tracking and communication is critical so we understand the situation. Example: When scheduling 3 swimmers you can only find 4 spots for two of the three kids. We would make an exception for the one student that we could only book 3 lessons for and make the 4th that is missing an exception.
