Overview
The Admin/Office Portal is iClassPro’s main interface and where you and your office staff will perform most of your day-to-day work.
Toolbar at the bottom of the screen
In addition to the toolbar at the top of the screen, there is a footer at the bottom of the screen.
Three icons will be shown at all times:
From left to right, these icons are:
- Background Tasks – displays results of specific activities performed by the staff member (such as generating reports, running tuition charges/payments or sending Email Blasts).
- Inbox – used to access communications sent through the iClassPro Internal Messaging Center
- Online Activity – displays a list of notifications of activity from the Customer Portal

- Assign Keyword to selected
- Create charge for selected
- Send email to selected
- Send SMS message to selected
- Send voice broadcast to selected
- Update Mail Chimp (not used by HFSS)
- Merge Families
- Create makeup token for active students in selected families
- Generate reports for selected families
