Overview
The iClassPro Kiosk app gives you quick access to Time Clock (currently not use by HFSS), Parent and Student Check-In, and the Staff Portal. The iClassPro Kiosk app only allows prevents you from having to display an open-access internet browser by automatically launching the chosen kiosk upon login.
Installing the iClassPro Kiosk App
The iClassPro Kiosk App is only available for the iPad. It can be downloaded from the App Store at: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/iclasspro-kiosk/id1473040811
Using the iClassPro Kiosk App
Upon launching the iClassPro Kiosk App, you will be presented with a screen asking you to enter your account name. This unique identifier is the last part of the URL to your iClassPro Office Portal (https://app.iclasspro.com/a/accountname). Enter the account name in the box and click the arrow to continue.

On the main menu screen, you are provided with three options:
- Timeclock -not currently used by HFSS.
- Check-In - iClassPro Kiosk is the fastest and most streamlined way for your customers to check into classes. Your parents and students will be able to use the family phone number or an assigned QR Codes to check-in.

Staff Portal - Your staff is also able to access the entire Staff Portal from an iPad with iClassPro Kiosk. This allows your office and coaching staff to easily work on the move and puts the Staff Portal at their fingertips.

Clicking “Staff Portal” will launch the Staff Portal Login screen
To log out of the Staff Portal and return to the Login screen, choose “Log Out” in the user panel in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
To completely exit the Staff Portal Kiosk mode and return to the main menu, click the “Home” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
