Enrollment - Summer Six Pack (Camp)

There are 3 Types of SSP enrollments through the Portal:

  1. Auto-Approved Enrollment = No action needed
  2. Pending Wait = Approval needed
  3. Pending Active Enrollment with Balance Due = Approval needed & create a ledger for enrollment

Open - Enrolled

Online Activity

Status: Approved - Enrolled

1: x or dismiss - no action needed.

The More You Know

Payment was submitted to the Portal at the time of enrollment.

Full - Waitlist Request

Online Activity

Status: Pending - WAIT

1: Click the magnifying glass

From here you can see:

  • Enrollment Type: Wait
  • Openings: 0

2: Click the Questions tab

3 (yes): If the answer is YES, they meet the minimum requirements for this level Approve Request
3 (no): If the answer is NO, see below.

3 (no): If the answer is NO, go back to the Details tab.

4 (no): Scroll down and select send Addendum

5 (no): Your swimmer does not meet the minimum requirements for this level. Please reply to this email with details about your swimmer's abilities in the water, and we’ll assist you in finding the most suitable level for enrollment.

6 (no): Deny Request

The More You Know

When a family requests to waitlist a class, they are automatically sent an email notifying them that their request is pending approval.

Once approved by OA, the family will receive an email confirmation.

Open - Request to Enroll & Create Charge

Status: Pending - Request to enroll

1: Click the magnifying glass

From here you can see:

  • Enrollment Type: Active
  • Openings: 4

2: Click the Questions tab

3 (yes): If the answer is YES, they meet the minimum requirements for this level Approve Request & Charge. Create Charge Line.

3 (no): If the answer is NO, see below.

3 (no): If the answer is NO, go back to the Details tab.

4 (no): Scroll down and select send Addendum

5 (no): Your swimmer does not meet the minimum requirements for this level. Please reply to this email with details about your swimmer's abilities in the water, and we’ll assist you in finding the most suitable level for enrollment.

6 (no): Deny Request

The More You Know

This activity occurs when there is a past-due balance on the account and an attempt to enroll in a new class. The Portal will not automatically collect the past-due tuition and will only allow a request to enroll in the selected class.

Note: The email the parent receives will address payment is due within 24 hours.
