  2. PAYMENT = buyer's amount paid for charge
  3. PAYMENT: (Gift Card) = recipient's amount gifted

Quick Guide: Not Logged In

  1. Locate recipient family
    • Payment:  11. Gift Card
    • Amount: match from Gift Certificate family
    • Reference:  ID & PAYMENT (Credit Card) info found on Gift Certificate family
    • Process payment & send receipt
  2. VOID Gift Card
    • From Gift Certificate family ledger void PAYMENT(Gift Card)

If the email provided for the gift does NOT match an account we have in the system, we will wait for the family to respond to the email with the accurate information to ensure funds are being placed on the appropriate account. See below for the email communication sent.

Purchaser Was NOT Logged In

Quick Guide: Logged In

  1. Locate recipient family
    1. Payment:  11. Gift Card
    2. Amount: match from the family that purchased the gift
    3. Reference:  ID & PAYMENT (Credit Card) info found on Gift Certificate family
    4. Process payment & send receipt
  2. VOID Gift Card
    1. From Gift Certificate family ledger void PAYMENT (Gift Card)

Purchaser Was Logged In

Quick Guide: Self Purchase 

No action needed. It will be applied directly to their account along with the Charge & Payment for the eGift Card.

  1. Receipt for buyer
  2. Gift Card bought for recipient
    • If a parent replies to this email to add their eGift Card after they created their account. You will be able to locate the eGift on the Gift Certificate family.
