Overview

HFSS sends two sets on emails for students with upcoming birthdays. (1) An email to active students containing info to check in the week of their birthday and tell us how old they will be for a Tootsie Pop along with info on how to purchase an eGift Card. (2) An email to inactive students containing a b-day greeting and info on how to purchase an eGfit Card to return.

Step 1

Active Email Template

• Activate/Deactivate iCP Template 
• Custom Template > 
  1. Happy MAY Birthday [[student_first]]!
  2. Happy MAY Birthday - We Miss You!
• Change email subject to upcoming month

Step 2

Active Students

• Student page > Filters:
  • Enrollment Status: Active
  • Active on Date: End of next month
  • All Birthdays: Day Range > Start & End Dates for next month
• Select All
• Send template: Happy Birthday [[student_first]]!

Step 3

Inactive Students

• Student page > Filters:
  • Enrollment Status: Inactive
  • Active on Date: End of next month
  • All Birthdays: Day Range > Start & End Dates for next month
  • Age filter: 10 & under
• Select All
• Send template: Happy Birthday - We Miss You!
• Deactivate Templates
