Overview

HFSS reaches out to families that are enrolled into multiple Baby Splash classes. We limit one enrollment per student.

Step 1

Active Email Template

• Activate/Deactivate iCP Template 
• Custom Template > Action Required: Confirm [[student_first]]’s Baby Splash Class Enrollment

Step 2

BSplash Enrollment Report

• Reports > Students > STU-1 Student List
  • Status: Current & Future 
  • Program: Baby Splash
  • Show Age As: Birthday
  • Last Name, First
  • Show Class
  • Show Timeslot
  • Show Start & Drop Date
• Export to XLS or CSV

Step 3

Email Notice

• Find duplicate swimmers.
• Determine if it was an incorrect moved or if the family needs to be contacted
• Using template send copy to all emails on file
• Note the current enrollments in the body of the email 
• Send
• Deactivate Template
