Overview

Attendance must be taken for all classes, including those with no shows. This is the responsibility of the Deck Supervisors at the end of their shift and the Site to verify completion. 

Why? Every class requires attendance action to be taken, even if no one shows, to register an absence (excused or unexcused). And of course swimmers are only granted Makeup Tokens once it is confirmed they did not attend class. This also comes into play with reaching out for missing lessons.

Step 1

Staff Portal Filters

• Staff Portal > Attendance
• Advance Options: Hide if attendance taken
• Adjust other filters as needed
  

Step 2

Take Attendance

• Open each class missing attendance
• Select the x to mark the entire class absent. This will trigger MUT to be issued.
• Click Submit
