Overview
This report can be given to the parent and is a great way to show students progress.
Whether you are wanting to print a report for a single student, multiple students, or for entire classes, please follow these simple instructions below.
Step 1
Go to the students or classes tab, and then select any number of students or classes that you are wanting to print an evaluation for.
Step 2
In the task bar, click the reports icon to select the Student Evaluation Report option.
Step 3
This will bring up the report filter screen. From here you can select the particular levels, events, and skills to be included on the report. If you do not select anything, all of them will be included.
Class Evaluation Forms
The class evaluation form contains student and skill names that can be printed out for instructors on testing day so that they may write-in evaluations. This report will also display the students’ previous evaluation details for reference.
Step 1
To print a class evaluation form, go to the classes tab and select the class(es) that you are needing to evaluate.
Step 2
Click the reports icon in the task bar to open the reports menu. Select "Class Evaluation Forms."
Step 3
This will bring up the form summary window verifying which classes will be generated. Select any of the downloadable options to access forms.
Student Evaluation Forms
Much like class evaluation forms, student evaluation forms are for instructors to print out and evaluate by hand.
Step 1
To print a student evaluation form go to the students tab and select the student(s) that you are needing to evaluate.
Step 2
Click the reports icon in the task bar to open the reports menu. Select "Student Evaluation Forms."
Step 3
