Contact this family to confirm their intention is to "delete" their account history forever. Often families are trying to drop their enrollment.
No answer:
- Voicemail: Let them know you will be sending them an email shortly regarding the request to delete their swim account. Please reply to this email.
- Email - adjust format, size, color (black) and font as needed.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Body: Hello [[family_first]]. We have received a request to delete your entire account. Please reply back to this email to confirm this is your intention and the reason for the request.
- Send text: Please see your email regarding your request to delete their swim account.
- Family Note: Account Deletion Request Comment: We have reached out to confirm this request via call, email & text.
If a family confirms they indeed want to delete their account we will suspend and flag the account with notes. Hubbard does not delete family accounts.
The Hubbard Way
Delete option is in accordance with Apple guidelines, the iOS version of the Mobile/Branded App must offer a way for customers to request the deletion of their account.
Hubbard does not delete account because it will remove all important records we need to maintain such as financials, enrollment history, etc.
