Creating a New Family

Step 1

Click New Family to get started

Step 2

Fill out all the information for the new account. The email address used will be their username for the Portal.

Step 3

Opt-in for text and email communication.

Step 4

Send reset password email - let them know if the link expires you can click forgot password to reset.

Send the Welcome Email - this has important information about HFSS & their swim account.

Best Practice: Save and close. When you reopen the account check under the email tab to confirm the email has been delivered.


The More You Know

  • Best Practice is when possible to have the customer create their own account to ensure accuracy and policy acceptance.
  • We are just starting their account. Communicate to the parent to please log on and add any guardians or decision makers on the the account for seamless service.
  • It is important to opt-in to text and email communication. This is how we quickly alert families of unforseen closures. We never share their information with 3rd parties.
