- Give the dispatcher your name and the number they can call you back if you’re disconnected. This should be a cell phone number. Stay on the line with them. Do not hang up.
- Listen to what the dispatcher asks of you and provide that info. If able, provide further information such as the victim's gender, approximate age, and what is currently being done to assist them.
- Obtain an approximate time of arrival. Have someone relay that time to the Site Supervisor or responders
