We are committed to providing the best experience possible for our clients. Part of being the best is looking professional.  We work in a child friendly environment and therefore require that all staff be dressed in professional and modest clothing when entering the building.

General Uniform Expectations/ Dress Code: 

Hubbard Family Swim School will supply the appropriate uniform based on position upon hire.

• 1 shirt for two or less shifts per week; 2 shirts for three or more shifts per week.
• If a uniform is faded, worn or ripped due to normal use, speak to your Site or General Manager for a free replacement. 
• If you wish to purchase additional uniform items at a discount see the snack bar.
• If you lose or forget your uniform, you are responsible to buy one.

Shirts

• Length covers the midriff when arms are raised (or an undershirt must be worn).
• Limited Edition t-shirt designs will be offered randomly. 

Shorts/Pants

• If you choose not to wear the provided uniform shorts you may wear pants or shorts (fingertip length or longer) in the following solid colors: jeans, khaki, black, white, navy.
• No basketball style shorts, leggings, or yoga pants.
• No holes, stains, or frayed shorts

Sweatshirts/Jackets

• Only HFSS sweatshirts or jackets can be worn while on shift. 
• Deck Jackets are for general use and kept on pool decks.

Female Swim Instructor

• Female instructors must wear rashguard/shirt or jacket & HFSS Waterman shorts while in the lobby.

• Female instructors must wear a Black one piece suit under the rashguard if NOT wearing the HFSS Waterman Shorts
  • TYR Durafast suits may be purchased at cost from HFSS 
• Any black full piece suit is acceptable provided it meets the Conservative Cut guidelines (REMINDER - any suit with lycra will NOT hold up. Only 100% polyester or durafast will hold up in warm water pools).
