**REGULAR FULL-TIME employees are employees who are not in a temporary or introductory status AND who are regularly scheduled to work the full-time schedule (30-40 hours per week) at HFSS. Generally, regular full-time employees are eligible for all HFSS benefit programs, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefit program.

**REGULAR PART-TIME employees are employees who are not in a temporary or introductory status AND who are regularly scheduled to work less than the full-time work schedule, but average at least 25 hours per week. Regular part-time employees are eligible for PTO following 90 days of maintaining this status, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefit program.

Employee Discount: As an employee of Hubbard Family Swim School (this does not apply for Camp Hubbard employees) you are eligible to receive discounted rates on retail, snack bar food, swim lessons (LTS only), and Camp Hubbard for your children or grandchildren. These rates apply to any employee working 2 or more shifts a week for the time period that they are employed on these shifts. If you are only working one shift a week you will qualify for the retail & snack bar discounts. The other programs would be available at the full client price. *See below for more detailed information

Employee Discounts: For children or grandchildren

  • Swim Lessons (Year Round): First enrollment free, any/all additional enrollments offered at $60/month for group lessons & $95/month for Clownfish. If you have multiple children swimming, the most expensive set of lessons will be free and the additional enrollments offered at the discounted rate. No discount for Private/Semi(non CF) enrollments. Contact your GM for enrollment and discount.
  • Summer Six Pack Sessions: TBA
  • Camp Hubbard: We offer full week enrollments at $220/week for full day & $165/week for half day. See Binder for discount code. 
  • Retail: Merchandise, food, and drink can be purchased for 30% off full retail value. Discount is given upon checkout through a SB attendant or a Supervisor. No self serve.
  • After 90 days: Employee is eligible to accrue Paid Sick Time and Employee Discount. 
    1 PST hour earned for every 30 hours worked. Not to exceed 40 hours of Sick Time per calendar year.
  • 20+ hours per week: Employees are eligible to enroll in HealthiestYou. Virtual Teladoc.
    For you and your family members. Must sign up to enroll. 
  • 25+ hours per week: PTO accrual begins
    1 PTO hour earned for every 25 hours worked. After four years, PTO accrual is equal to
    1 hour of PTO for every 16.67 hours worked.
  • 30+ hours per week: Paid holiday time off begins.
    To be eligible for Holiday Pay you must be a Regular full-time employee scheduled to work on the holiday. Christmas Day and New Year’s Day holiday pay you need to be scheduled to work that specific day of the week for the mid-August to mid- December work schedule. To be eligible for the Memorial Day holiday pay, you need to be scheduled to work Monday for the January-May work schedule.
