Overdue Charges

  • The Dashboard will alert overdue payments
  • Selecting Payment Due will direct the customer to the Payment screen.

  • The Account Tab under Payments will note the payment is overdue
  • Selecting Make Payment will direct the customer to the Payment screen.

From the Payment Screen
Pay with:

  • A saved card can be selected to pay with, an option to add another card or update a card highlighted

Charges due:

  • Overdue Charges are listed at the bottom and are checked to force them to pay. Overdue charges also will not allow the option to Pay a different amount even though the link is there; it will send an error and force payment to be made in full.
  • Upcoming Charges are listed with the Due Date and can be paid before the due date. See below for more information on payment options for Upcoming Charges.

Upcoming Charges & Split Payments

  • The Dashboard will alert overdue payments only; this is why you will not see the banner here indicating a payment is due

  • The Account Tab under Payments will note the payment is outstanding
  • Selecting Make Payment will direct the customer to the Payment screen.

  • Upcoming Charges are listed with the Due Date.
  • Before the due date partial or split payments can be made

  • Check the box for the charge line

  • Once select the option to Pay a different amount will appear
  • Pay a different amount will allow any amount to be entered over $10
