Policy is once a makeup is scheduled it cannot be rescheduled, made up if missed or issued a new Makeup Token. However you can reset a Makeup Token before the class starts if needed. Reasons would be staff booking error, suddenly sick kids and other excuses you deem reasonable. We would not offer to reset the Makeup Token if it is due to scheduling a playdate or other activity after committing to their makeup.

If you are needing to reset a Makeup Token and the class has already happened iCP won't let you. This them would be manually issuing a makeup token.
