Table of Contents

Overview

This is helpful when parents reply back to random emails. Example welcome letter is replied back to and they are asking about moving a lesson. Or if a parent replies to a balance due message that they want to pay at a later day you can change the subject line to read the template sent (exception- payment due...). Another example is when we enroll a parent over email change the subject line to read the "confirm within 24 hours" to bring their attention to there is more to do!

How To

When you hit Reply, reply all or forward

You then will be able to select the arrow on the left that will have a drop down with options.

Select Edit Subject

This then will pop out your message and give you the option to add to the subject line or delete it.

Example - If you are using a template about payments delete the subject line then select your template and it will auto-populate.

This will be the new subject line moving forward for the email thread.
