We typically don't submerge our inexperienced swimmers until the 3 lessons to allow adjustment. In our experience, we find you will start to see improvements in your swimmer after 6-8 consistent lessons. If you think about it 3 classes is only 90 minutes of instruction time, which is not very long for a brand new skill. Swimmers are only eligible for makeups after attending 4 regularly scheduled lessons.
