Overview

The search field on the family and student pages allows you to find families and students in your account by the following information:

• On Family List Page:
  • First and Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
• On Student List Page:
  • First and Last Name of Student

Searching By Name

When searching by a name, you can type in the beginning letters of the name and your results will include only families/students that have a first or last name beginning with those letters.

Searching by Phone Number

You can type in any digits of the phone number to search.

Searching by Email Address

You can type in any part of a client's email address and get results.
