Why is the minimum age 2 years old?

We strongly believe that parents should be in the water to understand the child's true capabilities and how to reinforce correct methods with a child that young. We don't want a parent trying to duplicate what an instructor does at HFSS with an 18 month old in their back yard - without the parent being educated.

Is there a minimum number of Private lessons I have to book?

No. You are welcome to book as many lessons as you'd like.

Would we allow Hammerhead level Private lessons?

No. Our lesson plans and our curriculum are not built for that as well as our teachers are not trained for that. However, if a Hammerhead parent would like us to focus on a specific skill for 30 minutes for a a handful of one-on-one "clinics", the GM has permission to make it happen. But again we will not do offer perpetual hammerhead private lessons.

Are Private makeups an option?

Yes & no. It is the standard that Private swimmers can use a Makeup Token to book a group level class. However, if someone has called out of a Private lesson they can book here as well it is just a rare occasion. In these cases that we can accommodate private makeup stress this is luck and typically we don't have this availability.
