Who Can Request a Donation Turtle
- Family whose child is currently enrolled as a student at HFSS
- Schools in our communities whos students attend HFSS
How to Request a Donation Turtle
- Minimum of 2 weeks notice required
- Parent MUST EMAIL Loralee. (loralee@hubbardswim.com)
- Email must include the EVENT DATE.
- Loralee will EMAIL them when the turtle is ready for pickup.
Issuing A Donation Gift Card
Donation Manager Instructions
This should only be done by Loralee. Gift Cards will be put in attached to the Turtle.
- Grab a Gift Card.
- Open THE VOUCHERS SPREADSHEET
- Record the
- Voucher Number
- Date Donated
- Charity Name
- Initial Amount
- Step 3 is crucial! It's the only record we have of this card.
- Affix the gift card to the turtle. It will be just a blank Gift Card; there is no way to actually add a balance to it through iCP.
The Hubbard Way
If you do not have a Donation Turtle for the family to pick up ask the individual if they received an email stating the turtle is ready for pick up. Loralee sends an email message once a Donation Turtle is ready for pick up. If they have not received a message it is not ready.
