Hubbard is committed to an intense 40+ hour water and classroom training for new Team Members.

All our instructors and Supervisors are continually being developed with frequent, continuous learning programs throughout the year.

The owners (Bob and Kathy) travel around the world observing other swim schools, attending conferences, and participating in workshops focused on swimming, child development, brain development, and education. This allows them to bring the best ideas back to Hubbard and give our clients a world-class experience.
